1) Email us with the following information:
* Product ID
* Quantity
* Size
* Your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email +tel no)
2) We will confirm your order list and offer you the total amount for your order.
3) About the wholesale orders,pls send the money via Western Union,via money gram or via TT (Wire Transfer) as well. (To save your business time,we prefer western union which is more faster transmit here.)

1) Can I order a pair /piece sample?
Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order, We don't mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.Also,we accept CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL ONLINE.
We prefer to start a regular order at minimum 12pairs.Because you can enjoy the wholesale price when the quantity you order arrive 12pairs or more.
2)How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?
Your order will be processed within 24hours upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. Delivery may take from 4-6 days.
3)Do you guarantee customs clearance?
No. However 99% of our customer receive their products successfully. We are more willing to ship the bags in small packages to different address you offered to avoid such issue.
We can resend all of your goods for free when you add $3 dollars to per pair for insurance.But the case sized by customs is few.
4)Is all Items on web available?
Most of the items are all available and can be shipped in 24hours after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some of them will be out of stock sometimes, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability.
5)If I need to order the items which aren't on the website,can you find them for me?

6)Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) ?
